Taste of Australia in the nation-wide celebration of Australian food, beverages, cuisine, fashion and design is being held throughout Viet Nam in April. To celebrate Taste of Australia in the central region of Viet Nam, the Australian Embassy and Consulate-General in Viet Nam will host a public outdoor community barbecue for Australians, Australian alumni, their families and the general public from 12.00-5.00pm this Saturday (22 April) at The Ocean Villas Resort, Son Tra - Dien Ngoc Coastal Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.

“The event is a fun way for the people in the central region of Viet Nam to enjoy and learn about Australia’s high-quality, safe and healthy food and beverage products, as well as our innovative, creative cuisine”, Australian Consul-General Karen Lanyon said.
“There will be plenty of Australian food and beverages for the whole family to enjoy, as well as fun games for children. We encourage everyone to join us!”
The entry fee is free for children under 18 and 200,000 VND for adults, which includes 4 food and drink vouchers. All proceeds will be donated to an Australian-registered local charity.
