As part of the “Europe Days 2017” programme to celebrate Europe Day in Viet Nam (9 May), the Delegation of the European Union to Viet Nam in collaboration with the Wallonia – Brussels Delegation (Belgium) and the Da Nang People’s Committee will organise a musical performance by the Belgian hip-hop group Les R’tardataires on 14 May at Bao Nguyen Food Stage, the Eastern Sea Park, Vo Nguyen Giap Street.

Les R’tardataires (Those who are always late, translated in English) categorize themselves in a strange sphere without doublespeak, where funk, reggae, rock and gipsy music mix up with off the wall hip-hop. This duo combines irony, musical creativity and positive energy, and broaches varied and unexpected subjects. It is the favorite rap band of those who don’t like rap. Thanks to their multiple influences, these rappers from Liège (Belgium) have indeed good arguments to seduce and attract all kinds of music lovers. Nevertheless, they stay loyal to the spirit of original hip-hop, as we can see in their new album performed this time.
Admission will be free and the performance will begin at 20:00hrs.
