Construction of Tran Phu Road Tunnel

On 18 March, the People’s Committee of Hai Chau District announced that the Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Huynh Duc Tho has approved the detailed plan at 1/500 scale for the construction of the roal tunnel taking Tran Phu under its busy junction with Le Duan.
The intersections of Tran Phu and Le Duan streets
The 21,332 square-metre project will include a 255m-long tunnel at the intersections of Tran Phu and Le Duan streets.
The underground tunnel section would be 40m-long and 7.5m-wide on Tran Phu Street, whilst the two open-air tunnel sections would be 100m-long and 115-m long.
