The VinaCapital Group and Oriental Sea Villas and Hotel Company Ltd have held a ceremony to begin the construction of the Oriental Sea Villas and Hotel Resort (Sheraton Da Nang Resort) in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Quy Ward.

The Sheraton Da Nang Resort will host the Gala Dinner for the 2017 APEC Economic Leaders’ Week (AELW 2017) to be held in Da Nang in November 2017.
Covering a site of 11.51 hectares, the 50 million USD project will feature 250 hotel suites meeting the international standards of the Sheraton brand name.

It also comprises 45 luxury villas on areas ranging from 600 to 950 square meters, together with swimming pools, restaurants, bars, and clubs, and features the high quality services found at other resorts in Da Nang such as The Dunes golf course and The Ocean Villas, Norman Estates, and The Dune Residences.
The project is scheduled to come into use in the first quarter of 2018.
