* Functions
Advise and assist the Da Nang People’s Committee in performing the functions of State management of the fields, comprised of: employment; vocational training; labour; wage and salary; social insurances (compulsory social insurance, voluntary social insurance and unemployment insurance); occupational safety; people with special contribution to the country; social protection; child protection and care; gender equality; social evils control and prevention (hereinafter referred to as “labour & social issues and people with special contribution”); public administrative services subject to DOLISA’s management as well as implement other duties and rights as assigned/authorised by the city’s People’s Committee or as prescribed by law.
