* Functions
Assist the Da Nang People’s Committee in performing the functions of State management of investment and planning, comprised of the provision of general advice on the strategies and plans for socio-economic development in the city; on the implementation of mechanisms and policies for socio-economic management; on domestic and foreign investment in the locality; on industrial parks, export and processing zones; on management of official development assistance (ODA) sources; on bidding; on business registration and public administrative services subject to its management as prescribed by law.
