Mr. Huynh Duc Tho – Chairman of the City People’s Committee and representatives of HK Plus JSC (Korea)

At the meeting, Mr. Min Young Sik – Management Board Chairman of HK Plus JSC (Korea) said, HK Plus JSC is presently a multi-branch corporation in Korea working with such fields as technologies, electronics, education, agriculture, real estate, construction and trade, etc. With long-time experience and prestige in fields of construction, infrastructure and housing design, HK Plus wishes to spend an amount of approximately 363 million USD to build a luxury apartment complex for experts and engineers at the Da Nang Hi-tech Park – a construction work with high quality and standards, and accurate progress and security for customers.

Giving thanks for the goodwill of Mr. Min Young Sik – Management Board Chairman of HK Plus JSC to the City of Da Nang, Chairman Huynh Duc Tho stated that the city presently wishes to call for Korean investors and enterprises to get to know about the business investment environment and expand their cooperation opportunities. The City Government commits to carrying out the policies on maximum support for enterprises investing at the Hi-tech Park and the Da Nang IT Park.

Chairman Huynh Duc Tho highly appreciated the business operations and the plan on building a luxury apartment complex for experts and engineers at the Hi-tech Park. Through sharing the experience on designing and construction consultancy, the Chairman hopes that the two parties will soon produce apartments and facilities serving experts and engineers at the Da Nang Hi-tech Park.
