On June 6th, at Novotel Danang Premier Han River, the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City cooperated with Sun Group to hold a press conference to announce the series of programs within Enjoy Danang Summer Festival 2022. Attending was Vice Chairman of the City’s People’s Committee Tran Phuoc Son.
Accordingly, Enjoy Danang Summer Festival 2022 will take place from June 11th to August 15th, with a series of large-scale festivities. This is considered a special cultural and tourism event, aiming to create new tourism products to attract domestic and international tourists, at the same time responding to the domestic tourism program “Safe tourism - Full experience” of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
With three main themes: Enjoy Da Nang Festival & Music; Enjoy Da Nang Beach; and Enjoy Da Nang Delicacy, Enjoy Danang Summer Festival 2022 will bring visitors an ecstatic festival atmosphere during their visit with international-class art shows, spectacular dances, large-scale concerts, and a series of special culinary and art programs.
Specifically, a series of events to enjoy Da Nang festivities and music such as the “Take me to the Sun” music festival, “Sun Fest Street Carnival”, “EDM International Festival”, music spots on both sides of the Han River, street dances - An Thuong nightlife area; My An night beach, DANABEACH entertainment complex, DJ shows with famous singers and plenty of street music, tuong, and magic shows.

A special highlight in the Enjoy Danang Summer Festival 2022 is the series of cultural and artistic activities “Take me to the Sun” sponsored and organized by Sun Group. This is a campaign to inspire travel, bringing the Sun Journey to places where Sun Group is present. And the first destination chosen by Sun Group was Da Nang, where the Group started its business. A series of international music, art, and festival events will be built specifically for Da Nang in the near future, promising an explosion in summer tourism vigor in this beautiful coastal city.
At the same time, the music festival “Take me to the Sun” with a scale of 10,000 guests and a music concept converging 5 genres including contemporary folk music, EDM, Pop, Rock, and Hip hop, bringing together many famous artists.
In particular, with a spectacular fireworks show next to the Sun Wheel, the music festival promises to be an explosive night, marking a brilliant and emotional 2022 summer in the city by the Han River and serving visitors and residents numerous unique performances.
