On the afternoon of June 24th, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City’s Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang; Deputy Secretary of the City’s Party Committee, Chairman of the City’s People’s Committee Le Trung Chinh met and worked with Mr. Nakagawa Tetsuyuki, General Director of AeonMall Vietnam Co., Ltd.

At the meeting, Secretary Nguyen Van Quang and Mr. Nakagawa Tetsuyuki discussed the investment of a Japanese Mall in Da Nang City.

At Da Nang Administrative Centre, Chairman of the City’s People’s Committee Le Trung Chinh and Mr. Nakagawa Tetsuyuki, General Director of AeonMall Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed an MoU on development cooperation for research and investment in an Aeon Mall in Da Nang City.

The signing ceremony was attended by: the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency.

The signing of the MoU aims to enhance the cooperation between the People’s Committee of Da Nang City and AeonMall Vietnam Co., Ltd. to carry out research and investment in a Japanese mall in Da Nang City. When the project comes into operation, it will contribute to improving the quality of trade and services in the city.

On behalf of the city’s leaders, Chairman Le Trung Chinh acknowledged the AeonMall’s achievements and efforts to contribute to the development of the community in Viet Nam over the years. Simultaneously, he pledged to support AeonMall in the research and investment process and the realization of the AeonMall project in Da Nang in the very near future.
