On the afternoon of July 11th, Chairman of the City’s People’s Committee Le Trung Chinh led the city’s delegation to pay tribute to the late Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at the Consulate General of Japan in Da Nang.

Expressing his deepest condolences to Mr. Shinzo Abe, a great and close friend of the Vietnamese leaders and people, Chairman Le Trung Chinh gave a letter of condolences to the Japanese Consul General in Da Nang, Yakabe Yoshinori.
“On behalf of the government and people of Da Nang City, we would like to send our sincere condolences to the Government, people of Japan, and the family of Mr. Shinzo Abe. The Vietnamese people always cherish and remember the deep affection and valuable support and assistance that Mr. Abe had given the country and people of Viet Nam as well as the profound strategic partnership between Viet Nam and Japan”, he wrote in the condolence book in memory of the late Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
