Currently, Da Nang is focused on the construction of Lien Chieu Port while Yokohama Port is a large seaport with a long history and extensive experience in port management. During this business trip, Da Nang City wants to learn from Yokohama’s experience with port operation, management technology, port logistics, and connecting seaports with logistic chains. Da Nang City has sent a number of leaders and technical staff from related departments to Yokohama to gain experience with these issues. Secretary Nguyen Van Quang hoped that Yokohama would always create favorable conditions for Da Nang to learn more from the port systems in Yokohama Port.
