The Kanagawa Festival in Da Nang 2024 attracted the participation of nearly 450 students

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh emphasized that Vietnam-Japan relations have developed strongly and deeply in many fields, especially in economics, politics, and cultural exchange. Da Nang City and Kanagawa Prefecture have a solid cooperative relationship, with Yokohama and Kawasaki - two cities in Kanagawa - being friendly partners of Da Nang.

"I hope that through the Kanagawa Festival in Da Nang, we will promote sharing of potential, strengths, cultural beauty, and at the same time expand cooperation in economics, investment, education, and human resources, contributing to enhancing Vietnam-Japan relations", shared the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee.

Governor Kuroiwa Yuji said that Kanagawa Prefecture is very interested in building exchange and cooperation relations with Da Nang City through the annual organization of the Kanagawa Festival in Da Nang. After three times organizing the Kanagawa Festival in Da Nang, it has truly attracted a large number of young people, students who wish to experience studying and working in Japan in general and Kanagawa Prefecture in particular.

The Kanagawa Festival in Da Nang 2024 includes many interesting activities such as: online exchange between students and Vietnamese international students in Kanagawa Prefecture; sharing about the attractions of living and working in Kanagawa Prefecture; sharing from businesses in Japan; introduction of support forms in Kanagawa Prefecture. Notably, within the framework of the Festival, a Japanese Speech Contest was held with the theme "Together, let's paint the future picture of Vietnam-Japan in the next 10 years".
