<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Theo đó, Lễ hội diễn ra trong 3 ngày ( từ 1/8 - 3/8/2025) tại Trung tâm tổ chức Lễ hội Sâm Ngọc Linh (Thôn 1 Trà Mai, xã Nam Trà My, thành phố Đà Nẵng).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Chương trình khai mạc Lễ hội dự kiến vào lúc 19 giờ 30 phút, ngày 01/8/2025. Phần khai mạc Lễ hội (khoảng 30 phút). Trong đó, tái hiện Lễ rước Thần Sâm và chương trình nghệ thuật (khoảng 60 phút). Ngoài ra, dự kiến có chương trình bắn pháo hoa nghệ thuật tầm thấp.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Lễ hội năm nay còn có chuỗi các hoạt động như: Nghi lễ Cúng Thần Sâm; Phiên chợ Sâm Ngọc Linh và Dược liệu miền núi; Không gian trưng bày Sâm Ngọc Linh, dược liệu, sản phẩm OCOP, sản phẩm công nghiệp nông thôn tiêu biểu.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Hội thi Sâm Ngọc Linh và Sàn đấu giá Sâm Ngọc Linh gây quỹ Xây dựng nhà tình nghĩa, xóa nhà tạm; tổ chức tour du lịch trải nghiệm vùng Sâm Ngọc Linh và Dược liệu; gian hàng ẩm thực đặc trưng miền núi…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Lễ hội nhằm kế thừa, tôn vinh những giá trị đặc biệt của Sâm Ngọc Linh - loài dược liệu quý hiếm được mệnh danh là “quốc bảo” của Việt Nam vừa được đưa vào Danh mục di sản văn hóa phi vật thể quốc gia “Tri thức dân gian về Sâm Ngọc Linh huyện Nam Trà My, tỉnh Quảng Nam”.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Quảng bá Sâm Ngọc Linh đến với người dân trong nước và bạn bè trên thế giới; giới thiệu hình ảnh, tiềm năng, thế mạnh tới du khách trong và ngoài nước. Gắn kết cộng đồng địa phương vào các hoạt động truyền thống, bảo tồn giá trị văn hóa đặc sắc của đồng bào các dân tộc, đồng thời tạo ra những giá trị thiết thực trong phát triển kinh tế - xã hội và bảo vệ môi trường.</p>
<p style="line-height: 30px; text-align: justify;">Xây dựng thương hiệu, xúc tiến thương mại, giới thiệu, quảng bá các sản phẩm từ Sâm Ngọc Linh trên thị trường trong và ngoài nước, từng bước hướng đến xuất khẩu, nâng cao giá trị, hiệu quả kinh tế.</p>

<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Ngày 16 tháng 6 năm 2025, Ủy ban Thường vụ Quốc hội (khóa XV) đã ban hành Nghị quyết số 1659/NQ-UBTVQH15 về việc sắp xếp các đơn vị hành chính cấp xã của thành phố Đà Nẵng năm 2025. Theo đó, xã Hòa Vang được thành lập trên cơ sở nhập nguyên trạng 02 xã Hòa Phong, Hòa Phú (thuộc huyện Hòa Vang cũ). Trước ngày 01/7/2025, cùng với huyện Hoàng Sa, Hòa Vang là một trong hai huyện của thành phố Đà Nẵng, Trung tâm hành chính của huyện đặt tại xã Hòa Phong.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px">- Xã Hòa Phú tổng diện tích tự nhiên là 89.25 km<sup>2</sup></p>

<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b>- Khí hậu:</b> Xã Hoà Vang, Đà Nẵng đều có khí hậu nhiệt đới gió mùa, chia thành hai mùa rõ rệt: mùa khô và mùa mưa. Mùa khô thường kéo dài từ tháng 1 đến tháng 7, với nhiệt độ cao và ít mưa. Mùa mưa bắt đầu từ tháng 8 và kéo dài đến tháng 12, với lượng mưa lớn và độ ẩm cao</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px">- Thổ nhưỡng:</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b>8. Tình hình kinh tế - xã hội</b></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><i>- Tiềm năng phát triển:</i></p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Kinh tế - xã hội của xã Hòa Vang trong những năm qua phát triển khá, tốc độ tăng trưởng bình quân hằng năm ở mức 13,82; cơ cấu kinh tế chuyển dịch theo hướng tích cực. Dịch vụ chiếm tỷ lệ 20,04%, công nghiệp chiếm tỷ lệ 10,97%, nông nghiệp chiếm tỷ lệ 7,97%. Cơ cấu lao động chuyển dịch theo hướng giảm lao động nông nghiệp, tăng lao động dịch vụ và công nghiệp. Lĩnh vực nông nghiệp tiếp tục định hướng phát triển theo hướng bền vững gắn với phục vụ du lịch, tăng năng suất, chất lượng, ứng dụng công nghệ cao, sản xuất hữu cơ và tích hợp đa giá trị, tốc độ tăng trưởng 7,97%/năm. Lĩnh vực công nghiệp xây dựng được duy trì ổn định, chủ yếu là sản xuất chế biến nông lâm sản, cơ khí, gò hàn, song mây, mộc dân dụng, gạch Tuynen, xây dựng dân dụng, tốc độ tăng bình quân hằng năm trên 12%/năm. Dịch vụ phát triển khá về quy mô, đa dang về loại hình, tốc độ tăng trưởng 20,04%/năm, các điểm du lịch lớn trên địa bàn huyện đưa vào khai thác rất hiệu quả, thu hút đông đảo du khách trong và ngoài nước như khu du lịch Núi Thần Tài, Hòa Phú Thành, Lái Thiêu, Suối Hoa... Hạ tầng thương mại cơ bản đáp ứng nhu cầu giao thương. Thu nhập bình quân đầu người đạt 71 triệu đồng/người/năm (năm 2025).</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Văn hóa, xã hội, môi trường có nhiều chuyển biến tích cực, chất lượng giáo dục tăng lên cả về số lượng và chất lượng, mạng lưới trường lớp được mở rộng, trang bị cơ sở vật chất đảm bảo phục vụ tốt sự nghiệp giáo dục. Toàn xã có 100% trường và cơ sở y tế đạt chuẩn quốc gia. Đời sống văn hóa tinh thần của nhân dân ngày càng nâng lên, thiết chế văn hóa cơ sở được đầu tư, công tác bảo tồn, phát huy di sản văn hóa được chú trọng. Việc thực hiện chính sách an sinh xã hội được chú trọng và đạt nhiều kết quả tích cực, đặc biệt là chăm lo người có công cách mạng, người nghèo và các đối tượng bảo trợ xã hội, đời sống nhân dân được nâng lên rõ rệt.</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px">Công tác quốc phòng, an ninh được đảm bảo duy trì ổn định. Công tác xây dựng Đảng, xây dựng chính quyền, thực hiện cuộc vận động “Học tập và làm theo tư tưởng, đạo đức, phong cách Hồ Chí Minh”, thực hiện Nghị quyết Trung ương 4 (khóa XII) về tăng cường xây dựng, chỉnh đốn Đảng đạt nhiều kết quả, hệ thống chính trị cơ sở được kiện toàn, MTTQVN, các hội, đoàn thể nhiều năm liền được công nhận là đơn vị vững mạnh, vững mạnh xuất sắc, Đảng bộ xã không có Chi bộ, Đảng bộ cơ sở yếu kém, nhiều năm liền được công nhận Đảng bộ “Trong sạch vững mạnh”./.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b> - Phường Điện Bàn Bắc</b> là vùng đất giàu truyền thống yêu nước và cách mạng, nơi ghi dấu những mốc son lịch sử gắn liền với phong trào đấu tranh giành độc lập dân tộc. Trên địa bàn hiện nay, nhiều di tích lịch sử quan trọng vẫn được gìn giữ và phát huy giá trị, tiêu biểu như <b>Tượng đài chiến thắng Bồ Bồ</b> – biểu tượng của tinh thần quật cường trong các trận đánh lớn, hay <b>Nhà lưu niệm Anh hùng liệt sĩ Nguyễn Văn Trỗi</b> – công trình khắc ghi tấm gương người con ưu tú của quê hương.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> - Ngay từ những năm đầu của cách mạng, nơi đây đã hình thành các <b>chi bộ Đảng sớm</b> như Chi bộ Hà Thanh – Bích Trâm – La Thọ (tháng 7/1930), trở thành điểm tựa cho phong trào cách mạng phát triển mạnh mẽ trong thời kỳ kháng chiến chống Pháp và chống Mỹ. <b>Di tích cách mạng xóm Chín Chủ</b> là một minh chứng sinh động về khí phách kiên trung của nhân dân vùng đất này.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> - Truyền thống cách mạng còn được lưu giữ trong các công trình như <b>Đình làng Diệm Sơn</b>, <b>Khu Cấm Lớn</b>, <b>Nhà thờ Tộc Hồ</b>, cùng các địa điểm ghi dấu sự kiện và hoạt động bí mật của cán bộ cách mạng trong suốt chiều dài lịch sử đấu tranh. Từ những cơ sở đó, năm 1978, nhân dân nơi đây đã cùng chung tay xây dựng nên <b>Bảo tàng Điện Bàn</b>, nơi lưu giữ hàng ngàn hiện vật và ký ức của phong trào cách mạng địa phương.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> - Bên cạnh truyền thống cách mạng, phường còn mang đậm bản sắc văn hóa với những sinh hoạt cộng đồng gắn với đình làng, như đình làng Diệm Sơn, Lễ hội Tịch Điền, phong tục tập quán đặc trưng vùng trung du Quảng Nam. Ngày nay, trên nền tảng lịch sử quý báu, phường Điện Bàn Bắc không ngừng đổi mới, phát triển đô thị hiện đại gắn với giữ gìn di sản văn hóa – lịch sử, xứng đáng là vùng đất “địa linh nhân kiệt” của thành phố Đà Nẵng.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b> II.3. Điều kiện tự nhiên</b></p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> + Về khí hậu: Phường Điện Bàn Bắc có điều kiện tự nhiên tương đối thuận lợi, nằm trong vùng khí hậu nhiệt đới gió mùa với hai mùa rõ rệt: mùa khô kéo dài từ tháng 1 đến tháng 8 và mùa mưa tập trung từ tháng 9 đến tháng 12. Nhiệt độ trung bình năm khoảng 25°C, độ ẩm không khí cao (81–84%) và lượng mưa dồi dào, dao động từ 1.900–2.500 mm/năm. Khí hậu ôn hòa, ít biến động là điều kiện phù hợp cho phát triển nông nghiệp nhiệt đới và các loại cây trồng ngắn ngày.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> + Về thổ nhưỡng, khu vực này chủ yếu là đất thổ nhưỡng pha cát, có độ phì cao, thoát nước tốt và ít xảy ra tình trạng ngập úng. Đây là điều kiện thuận lợi để phát triển sản xuất nông nghiệp, trồng lúa, hoa màu và cây dược liệu; đồng thời thích hợp cho phát triển đô thị, công nghiệp nhẹ và các hoạt động dịch vụ, thương mại.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b> II. 4. Tình hình kinh tế - xã hội</b></p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> + Tiềm năng phát triển: Phường Điện Bàn Bắc sở hữu nhiều tiềm năng phát triển toàn diện trên các lĩnh vực kinh tế, xã hội và du lịch nhờ vào vị trí địa lý thuận lợi, điều kiện tự nhiên phù hợp và nền tảng văn hóa – lịch sử phong phú. Việc nằm liền kề trung tâm thành phố Đà Nẵng, tạo điều kiện để Điện Bàn Bắc đẩy mạnh giao thương, kết nối hạ tầng và thu hút đầu tư. Quỹ đất rộng, địa chất ổn định cùng khí hậu ôn hòa là lợi thế lớn trong việc phát triển đô thị, dịch vụ và nông nghiệp sạch, công nghệ cao.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"> Bên cạnh đó, truyền thống cách mạng và hệ thống di tích lịch sử – văn hóa đặc sắc là nền tảng vững chắc để phát triển du lịch văn hóa, giáo dục truyền thống và tổ chức các hoạt động lễ hội đặc trưng, góp phần làm phong phú đời sống tinh thần cho người dân và thu hút du khách. Với sự phát triển đô thị gắn liền bảo tồn bản sắc địa phương, phường Điện Bàn Bắc có nhiều triển vọng trở thành một vùng đô thị mới hiện đại nhưng vẫn đậm đà bản sắc, góp phần quan trọng vào sự phát triển bền vững của thành phố Đà Nẵng trong tương lai.</p>

Truyền thống lịch sử: </b>Xã Trà giáp có một lịch sử hình thành và phát triển gắn liền với quá trình khai phá, mở đất của người dân địa phương. Người dân nơi đây đã chung sống, lao động và xây dựng nên một vùng quê trù phú, giàu truyền thống văn hóa và tinh thần đoàn kết. </p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b>II.3. Điều kiện tự nhiên:</b></p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px">- Khí hậu: Xã Trà Giáp có lượng mưa trung bình hàng năm lớn, là tâm mưa của TP Đà Nẵng; vị trí địa lý, điều kiện địa hình, cùng với những thay đổi phức tạp của chế độ khí hậu nhiệt đới gió mùa đã tạo nên khí hậu xã Trà Giáp có 02 mùa rõ rệt trong năm:</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px">+ Mùa khô: Từ tháng 02 đến tháng 8, có lượng mưa chiếm 20% ÷ 25% lượng mưa trung bình năm, thường xảy ra hạn hán, nắng nóng, giông, bão...</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px">+ Mùa mưa: Bắt đầu từ tháng tháng 9 đến tháng 01 năm sau, lượng mưa chiếm khoảng 70% ÷ 75% lượng mưa trung bình cả năm, mùa mưa trùng với mùa bão nên khi có bão đổ bộ vào khu vực miền trung thường gây ra mưa lớn, lũ quét và sạt lở đất.</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px">- Thổ nhưỡng: Địa hình xã Trà Giáp vô cùng phức tạp, phần lớn đất đai thuộc vùng đồi núi chiếm khoảng 80% diện tích tự nhiên, đồng thời địa hình có độ dốc cao và bị chia cắt mạnh bởi các khe suối, gây hiểm trở trong giao thông đi lại. Phần diện tích còn lại là địa hình bằng phẳng chỉ chiếm khoảng 20%.</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px;line-height:30px"><b>II.4. Tình hình kinh tế - xã hội</b></p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px">- Tiềm năng phát triển:</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px">+ Với đặc trưng đa dạng về thành phần dân tộc như người Kinh và người dân tộc thiểu số bản địa như Cadong, Kor và người dân di cư từ miền núi phía bắc như Mường, Nùng, Dao,… cùng nhau sinh sống. Chính vì vậy, xã Trà Giáp có sự đa dạng, phong phú về văn hóa, đời sống cũng như sự giao thoa giữa các tập quán canh tác, sản xuất.</p>
<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify;line-height:30px"><span style="text-autospace:none">+ Sản xuất nông nghiệp là ngành nghề chính của đồng bào các dân tộc trên địa bàn xã với tỉ lệ lao động chiếm hơn 90%, ngành sản xuất nông nghiệp bao gồm trồng trọt các loại cây lương thực (lúa, bắp, sắn và các loại cây họ đậu), cây nông nghiệp đặc sản như dưa hấu, mía tím, chăn nuôi các loại gia súc gia cầm và trồng rừng (cây nguyên liệu giấy, cây quế).</span></p>

Nhiệt độ trung bình năm 25,6 °C, Mùa đông nhiệt độ vùng đồng bằng có thể xuống dưới 12 °C và nhiệt độ vùng núi thậm chí còn thấp hơn. Độ ẩm trung bình trong không khí đạt 84%.</p>
