Advise and assist the Da Nang People’s Committee in performing the functions of State management of industry and trade sectors, comprised of: mechanics; metallurgy; electricity; new energy; renewable energy; petroleum and gas (if any); chemicals; industrial explosives; mining and mineral processing industry; consumer goods industry; food industry; other processing industries; circulation of goods in the city; export; import; border trade (if any); market management; competitive management; trade promotion; monopoly control; anti-dumping; anti-subsidy, consumer rights protection; e-commerce; trade services; economic integration; management of industrial areas/clusters in the city; industrial promotion activities; and public administrative services subject to its management.
