Vietnamese Goods Fair 2013 opens in Da Nang
130 stands of 85 enterprises from 10 provinces and cities across the country displayed and sell more than 400 products at the Vietnamese Goods Fairs which began on 13 October. The event, hosted by the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association and the city’s Trade Promotion Centre, took place at the 29 March Park.

The opening ceremony

Goods included garments, textiles, footwear, foods, consumer goods, drinks and handicrafts.  All of them are high-quality products made in Viet Nam and distributed by prestigious companies.

Addressing the opening ceremony, the Vice-Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, Mr Phung Tan Viet, highly appreciated the results of the “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods” campaign.  The city leader emphasised that the city always creates favourable conditions to support Vietnamese enterprises to introduce their goods to customers.

During the fair, which will run until 16 October, visitors will have an opportunity to enjoy music shows performed by famous singers and artistes every night.

Admission is free and the fair is open from 8am to 10pm every day.
