Two mascots, the Horse – a visual story about Danang's development journey

The two horse mascots at the Danang Tet Flower Street 2026 are not only highlights of the landscape but also tell the story of the city's development journey – from a solid present to a breakthrough future. Both mascots were created by artisan Đinh Văn Tâm, reflecting a consistent idea of a creative, sustainable, and united Danang.

The mascot "Unify Kim Mã," located on the sidewalk area in front of T letter Bridge, represents the present Danang, conveying a spirit of innovation and a desire for development. The work is shaped from blocks of letters spelling the city’s name and 94 commune-level administrative units after reorganization, symbolizing convergence, unity, and solidarity. Meanwhile, "Kim Mã 4.0," situated at the tail of the Dragon Bridge area, features the image of a modern mechanical horse, symbolizing a city moving towards a dynamic future, digital transformation, and smart urban development.

In addition, the flower and lighting decoration project’s Tết Bính Ngọ 2026 is being arranged uniformly across the city following the merger, and will be completed before February 13 to serve residents and visitors from February 14 to 26, contributing to a vibrant Lunar New Year atmosphere and promoting the image of Danang as a dynamic and livable city.
