At noon on August 16, Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong hosted a reception for the delegation led by the Deputy Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (South Korea) during their visit to Da Nang.

On the morning of August 20, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, chaired a meeting with relevant departments and units regarding the preparation for organizing the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang  2024.

As part of the Vietnam-Korea Festival in Da Nang, on the afternoon of August 16, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, hosted a reception for Kwon An-na, Vice Chairwoman of the Uijeongbu City Council, Gyeonggi Province (South Korea).

The "Da Nang Semiconductor Day 2024" (Semicon Da Nang 2024) is scheduled to be held on August 29-30, 2024, at the Ariyana International Convention Center in Da Nang (107 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang) in a hybrid format, combining both in-person and online events.

On the morning of July 13th, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, Le Quang Nam, had a meeting with the high-level leadership delegation of Mitsubishi Corporation Vietnam Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Suzuki Hidetoshi, Chairman and CEO of Mitsubishi Corporation Vietnam, on the occasion of their visit in Da Nang during the 8th Vietnam-Japan Festival.

On the afternoon of July 13th, Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Deputy Standing Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee, met with the delegation of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA).

On the afternoon of July 19, Mr. Le Van Trung, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang, had a meeting with Mori Takero, the new Consul General of Japan in Da Nang.

On the afternoon of July 17, a delegation from the Da Nang People's Committee, led by Permanent Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, had a meeting in Hanoi with a senior leadership delegation from Qorvo (USA) headed by Mr. Bob Bruggeworth, Chairman and CEO of the company.

At noon on July 11, the delegation of Da Nang city leaders, led by Central Party Member, City Party Committee Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Quang, had a meeting with Gyeongsangbuk Province Governor Lee Cheol-Woo.

On the afternoon of July 8, Mr. Nguyen Duy Minh, Deputy Head of the Da Nang National Assembly Delegation, chaired a reception for Eriko Imai, a Japanese Senator, and a delegation of wrestlers participating in the Vietnam-Japan Festival in Da Nang 2024.

On the afternoon of July 10, at the Daegu Innovation Promotion Agency (South Korea), Deputy Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong chaired the Investment Promotion and Business Connection Seminar between Da Nang City and Daegu City. The event was part of the Da Nang delegation's visit to South Korea and marked the 20th anniversary of the cooperation relationship between Da Nang and Daegu.

As part of the working trip to South Korea, on the morning of July 9, Central Party Member and City Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quang, along with some members of the working delegation, had a meeting the Management Board of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (South Korea).
